We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool and river. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool area and free bikes for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing trips and providing delicious breakfasts.

I recently had a lovely stay at Sands River Villa. the owner and her team were extremely attentive and helpful in every aspect. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs and even provided free bikes for exploring the surroundings. the design of the house and the backyard with the pool were carefully chosen, and everything in the villa was new and of great quality. the beds were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place was exceptional. the location was also convenient, especially when using a scooter or taxi. I felt very welcomed and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Our stay at Sands River Hoi An Villa was amazing! We were there for two weeks and had the perfect balance of work and relaxation. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the hostess, Mrs. Hien, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was peaceful with a lovely river view, and we were able to easily explore Hoi An and the countryside using the free bikes provided. The breakfast, especially the local dish Cao Lau, was delicious, thanks to Mrs. Hien's excellent cooking skills. We also appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly locals.

The place was exactly like it looked in the photos - clean and nice! the owner was really kind and helpful, and even cooked delicious meals for us. the villa had a great location - it was close to the beach, just a short walk away, and also had a beautiful view of the river. It was so convenient to be able to take a relaxing walk to the beach whenever we wanted.

Maybe it would have been nice to have more seating options indoors at night, but we were able to play cards by the pool during the day. the only thing I can think of is that the bedside light in our room could have been a bit brighter.
